While researching for our new home in Florida our search began with a different realtor. This realtor seemed to work very hard to satisfy our interests but never really listened to our needs and seemed to get frustrated when she couldn’t fulfill them. We were flying down here from New Jersey twice a month not quite finding what we wanted. We were introduced to Donna by a family member and within two weeks we were being shown homes in our budget and fit our criteria. She really did her best right from the start to carefully listen to our needs and didn’t waste our time sending us listings to review that weren’t a match. When we found our new home we made our offer and went under contract. Once again she was on task and promptly processed all the necessary documents. During the closing preparation the title company chosen by the sellers agent was a nightmare. Issues with name spellings and delays were becoming a real problem. One call to Donna and she was on it. We really felt secure that the transaction was being handled by a professional that new their business and more importantly had our best interest at heart.
