DONNA HERNANDEZ

We met with many real estate agents but Donna stood out because of her integrity, enthusiasm, and kindness. Our home was not an easy house to sell. Especially, for the price we were hoping for. But Donna saw past it all. We set a goal and she pursued it to the best of her ability. We closed a little under our goal price but the challenge was monumental! After getting to know Donna I think I understand why she took on the challenge. She believes that God is in control. And what ever He may have for you no one can take it away. She and I believe in the scripture “ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13. And that is what you will get when you choose a wise woman like Donna to be your real estate agent.

I was fortunate enough to find Donna Hernandez while she was showing a different home in my condominium complex. I asked questions about the complex, community, unit, and asked if I can see the rest of the home. I was amazed on how much she knew about where I lived. And within that short time, I have found Ms. Hernandez to be very reliable and straightforward in her approach to her work. She demonstrated an extraordinary degree of loyalty, trustworthiness, and what I call “familyness.” When I asked if she was willing to sell my home and help me purchase another, she was honest and on point with all her suggestions and recommendations. Throughout the whole sell process, she kept me informed and was extremely interested on me getting the most out of my sell. We are currently in the “buy the new home process,” and I’m still seeing that same determination and dedication that I saw on the first day I met Ms. Hernandez. I can see that she is fully engaging in her projects to the finish line while striving to out-perform expectations. She is creative, innovative, forward thinking, and most importantly she has this wholesome, family vibe to her. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that she is an awesome real estate agent.
