We worked with Donna a second time and the fact that we came back to her says a lot already. Donna is an excellent realtor and knows her market really well! She was super confident with our property and while we as sellers were nervous, things turned out as she had described and expected. She is great with her guidance on matters and gives honest and timely opinions with each step. She helped take the stress out of the process for us and it was much needed due to other personal issues we had at that time. As a person too she is very warm, liberal and wonderful to work with! All in all, we would go with Donna for any other property (buying or selling) in the future and highly recommend her!

Most importantly, was a calm and confident presence when the little things that always go sideways with these sorts of things occurred. Donna and Dan gave us helpful advise on getting our home ready for selling as well as talking us through the process and making it as painless as possible. We updated the paint in several rooms to more neutral colors, finished up a few ongoing projects, and did a thorough de-cluttering of the home prior to our one and only open house. Donna handled the photographs for the listing and got it posted a few days before the planned open house so that other realtors would have time to show it to their customers. As seems to be more common, several people also found the listing on their own and stopped by the open house with or without their agents. After the open house we received three offers, all of which were above asking price. This put us right where we had been hoping to sell the house at.
