I love working with buyers with helping to find their home or land to improve. I wouldn't trade working the Levy County area for anything. There are so many benefits to moving to our rural community. Close to Springs, Fresh and salt water fishing, Horse back riding in one of our many state trail management areas. Yet we are 25 miles in any direction to bigger cities to shop,work or play.

Donna was wonderful to work with!

Donna was very helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning to the end. We highly recommend her!

Donna was the Sellers Agent for Steve. He was not easy to deal with.

Donna represented the Seller, Steve with a written contract. I was the buyer, but did not have a written contract as a buyer. Donna, however did assist me in the process of purchasing this property as much as she could. With her knowledge about the property she was able to negotiate the best deal for both the seller and buyer. Even after the closing of the property Donna continued to maintain a relationship with both the seller and buyer to have the property cleaned of 7 pick-up and trailers loads of debris.
