Approximately two years before having Donna Hastings Team put my home on the market, spoke with Donna about the possibility of selling my home in the future and what needed to be done to sell my house and the possible asking price. This she did even though it would be one year or more before I would be ready to sell. She put me on their mailing list and periodically contacted me keeping me appraised of the real estate market. This was such a big help to me. After almost two years, I was ready to sell. The day of open house their team worked together to ensure that all prospective buyers had questions answered.
