I have known Donna for a couple of years now and have worked with her professionally, during my time working with her she shared some of her vast knowledge of Real Estate with me and I knew from that point on when I needed a Realtor who to call. From the first conversation all the way to the closing table Donna and her team did an exceptional job at providing information on what is happening each step of the process. Honesty and Integrity are paramount in this business, when you meet with Donna she will be very realistic about what to expect and come prepared with not only a game plan but data to back that plan up. We had an instance during a showing where one of our dogs busted out of the crate! She simply called me and let me know what had happened and guided our excited pup back into his crate with a couple of treats. This is no ordinary dog.. he is an 80lb full blooded Siberian Husky who is very needy and hasn't quite learned that he is no longer the puppy he once was. Donna not only displays the above qualities but she is also caring for your best interest, not hers. During this process we are purchasing another home in a different county several hours away. Donna could have and likely would have written the contract for that property however she advised me that due to the distance of the property and entirely different market I would be better served by using someone local who is an expert in that market. She put in some legwork and found an agent in that area who has been great to work with thus far and we are expecting to close on that home 12/16. Donna and her team are the real deal and whether it's local to the Tampa Bay Area or beyond she and her team will be there with only one phone call away. Thank you Team Hastings! That was EASY!

Donna was awesome to work with. We really wanted someone to look deeper into the market and fill in all the holes of trying to sell our home. Donna didn't just share recent comps, she really broke the process down into homes most like ours, with multiple options to price our home. It was better than the 2 other realtors we sat down with. More thought out and in depth. Definitely work meeting with her just to see she's got her stuff together. But then she has an amazing team. From professional, high quality photos, to a stager to help work with what we have in the home to put it's best face forward. It was always easy to get ahold of her and get honest advice. We sold over asking, and already asked more than anyone else thought it would sell for!
