Donna handled a long-distance estate sale for me where I could not be onsite to help with cleaning and removal/disposal of furniture. She went the extra mile and took care of these things which greatly reduced stress for me! We did have to adjust pricing after several months to generate interest and a sale. The closing was handled efficiently and professionally.
