About Donna

Donna Greenspan joined Patterson-Schwartz in 2007 and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s strategic vision and operations. As Chief Executive Officer, Donna continues to drive innovation and growth across all aspects of the organization. Previously, as Executive Vice President of Administration, Donna led corporate Marketing, Technology, Business Development, and Education, while also serving as Managing Broker of the Greenville and Brandywine Residential Sales Centers. Prior to Patterson-Schwartz, Donna held leadership roles at MBNA America and PNC Bank, focusing on customer excellence. A University of Delaware graduate, she is a licensed REALTOR® in Delaware and Pennsylvania and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®. In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling with her family, long-distance running outdoors, and playing with her puppy, Maxi. She resides in Chadds Ford with her husband, Todd, and their son, Blake.

Monica Bush was my agent and she was absolutely amazing

Monica Bush was my agent and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything every step of the way. Communication was great, she contacted me with every update, when she staged my home for the open house it looked outstanding. I had an offer above asking before we even had the open house.
