Donna Gemborys jumped at the chance to help us buy our desired new home. She came highly prepared by a dear friend who also worked with her. We were guided by Donna’s experience and knowledge to buy our dream home. Whatever was needed , Donna had the answers. After getting settled into the new home, Donna assisted us in selling our wonderful 40 Rogers Lane home of 23 years. It was a pleasure to work with Donna and we can’t thank her enough for her commitment and guidance along the way.

From our first meeting with Donna in the spring until the closing on our home today, Donna was clear about what had to be done to maximize offers, expedite the process of getting the house on the market and attract buyers. She was upfront about costs and requirements of the town, patient with the challenges, and understanding of our occasional hesitations. She contacted an army of extremely competent cleaners. plumbers, septic contractors and landscape personnel. Through it all she helped us understand the unique challenges of Cape Cod sales, maintained constant even daily communication, and was never less than honest and open with us. I would recommend her to anyone interested in selling or buying a home

From start to finish Donna was A +! She was patient with us as we negotiated our way through the home buying search and purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable at every step, and she was 100% on our side when we needed advice. We can’t recommend her more highly!

It has actually been hard to write this, and I've delayed a lot because the process of selling my mom's house in Dennis was difficult. It was incredibly emotional, as it was our childhood home, and deeply loved. Unfortunately, after her passing, my siblings and I were not able to hold onto it together, and all of this made the undertaking of selling it that much tougher. I felt it was important to include this because Donna (and her partner Sandy) were compassionate and understanding at a very sensitive time. The house was built in the 60s, and while it had been upgraded in the early 2000s (with the addition of 2nd floor), other areas had fallen into disrepair. Donna worked with us to bring those areas up to code, going to the house in our place (we live off-Cape) to wait for vendors and to check on progress. She facilitated getting the house repainted, had cleaners come in, and then staged and photographed my mom's house so that it was looking just spectacular. I actually saved all the photos from the listing, because the house looked so beautiful. Thanks to her hard work, the house was snapped up almost as soon as it was put on the website, before even the first showing, at a price higher than what had been listed. We weren't able to cancel that first showing in time, and there were two other parties interested in it as well. I am so, so grateful to Donna, for showing my mom's house in its best possible light, as well as for helping me and my siblings navigate a pretty messy emotional process. She was compassionate and patient, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend her for selling a house - she is a seasoned and caring professional, who will showcase the soul of a home.
