If you have a chance to work with Donna to sell your home, take it! First of all she is a genuinely nice person, empathetic, always cheerful and upbeat. You will feel like you are her only client and she will get back to you quickly when you contact her. She has a lot of experience, suggestions and resources to deal with everything that comes up. My home was an older home needing work and she was able to advise what to remedy. And since it had been my childhood home, it was an emotional experience as well. Donna was very supportive. The house sold quickly at full price. I plan to work with her again in the near future.
