Donna did a great job in a market that was not that robust

Donna did a great job. There was a lot of lookers. However the potential buyers were few and far between. The realtor reviews were positive for the property and price. We hung tight and excited an offer at asking. The inspection found a few items that needed addressed. Donna has a great network of trade and professionals that took care of these issues, all was acceptable to the buyer. Everything closed on time without any worries. Thanks again Donna.
