From our very first contact just weeks after our Mother passed away we were pleased with Donna’s professionalism, compassion to our situation, and expert advice. Every suggestion that Donna made regarding improvements was “spot on”. She knows her market. Some of the things that we asked about she told us were not as important and the things she suggested more than paid for the investment in the increased sale price. Donna marketed the condo more than we even knew possible, using every web site and resource available. Donna kept in touch with us via email, phone calls, and text messaging. She responded to our every question and concern. We had an offer, very close to asking price, within a few short weeks. Even after the accepted offer Donna kept in close contact with us regarding our buyers financing, the inspection process and the actual closing. Having lived in Perrysburg my whole life, I know many realtors. Donna demonstrated that she is the very best!!!!! Her knowledge, winning personality, and professionalism made this experience so very positive. We will always be grateful to her for the job she did for our family.
