Donna is very well versed in the local and regional real estate markets. We listed the house higher than market price and she told me to be patient, as there was (1) little inventory (especially in our price range) on the market in the town, coupled with (2) increasing interest rates. She explained to us what the market was doing, especially in the town that we were selling in - housing prices are holding steady (little fluxuation), but are sitting on the market longer, as the pool of buyers are less due to the increasing interest rates, especially in our price range. She gave me a range that I should 'expect' the house to sell at and she was accurate. During the selling process, Donna kept me in loop - scheduled showings, open houses and especially the feedback from realtors after walking the property. She asked the agents about the listing price and the majority of buyers felt as though it was fair - due to this feedback, we did not lower the price (most agents would've lowered the price). Donna was available with valuable insight, confidence and expertise for the entire selling process - from construction and finishes in the house, to decide whether or not to stage the house and the entire selling process (from open houses, feedback and final sale). I highly recommend Donna, as she has her 'finger on the pulse' of the current market (town by town) and listens to her needs of her clients and provides a superb service!
