Very professional and caring person. A pleasure to work with. Always on time with showings . Patient . We also rented the past few summers till we purchased our own home. Miss her and still keep in touch with her.

The whole experience was a 10/10. Our communication throughout the entire process was great. Donna’s knowledge, honesty and integrity are very much appreciated and respected.

First of all, we worked with Donna during the past 20 yrs we owned the property, as one of the agents from whom we purchased the property. Then we worked with her as one of the rental agents through whom tenants would rent the property. Finally, when we decided to sell we went first to BH Zack Shores and Donna. The selling experience had its twists and turns, and ups and downs. Through it all, Donna was always very responsive, acting promptly on everything that was required, and providing us with good advice. Finally, we were very pleased with the final sale, which was virtually the target $ number we agreed on at the beginning. We were delighted with our working relationship with Donna throughout and would certainly be pleased to work with her again.

There is not enough I can say about working with Donna Diorio. She is amazing! In addition to her calm and compassionate personality she is extremely knowledgeable of the island! Donna met with us anytime we asked, even when we called last minute. She never once pushed us in any direction. She took us from one end of the island to the other as many times and we asked and was prepared with materials providing all the facts on the houses we were interested in which was so helpful in reviewing later. She ultimately negotiated on a house for us that we never expected would be possible and we are forever grateful to her! Donna didn’t stop there. Even after we closed she was available for advice. Not knowing anyone on the island Donna gave us many reputable and trustworthy contacts one better than the next. If you are looking to buy or sell Donna will be the one to contact. Donna came into our family's life at a very emotional time. For medical and financial reasons, my mom had to make a heartbreaking decision to sell, what will always be considered, my grandparents home. Donna went above and beyond to navigate/negotiate this sale. She was available at all times to address questions, concerns and offer support. She handled EVERYTHING in a very calm, smooth and professional way. She was/is kind and respectful at all times, never forgetting that buying or selling a home is a "bittersweet" experience.
