Donna was patient and thorough, she drove all over the Bay Area to show us houses, and on occasion gently told us to keep looking, when we were tired of house hunting and just wanted to choose one and be done. We are glad we listened to her advice. We just moved into a home that had everything we wanted. Donna is a good communicator and was with me all the way during all the hurdles or requirements that were demanded of me. First was that the property was jointly owned by myself and late husband. I was prepared for that and had brought all the paperwork with me. The second was that I’m a Canadian citizen and of coarse do not have an American Social Security number. This was a huge problem and the original title company was no help. Donna encouraged me and never gave up as I’m sure some would have. Finally a CPA that specializes in ITINS was found and Donna and I have been working with her.

Donna provided the best professional assistance one could ask for. I have bought and sold two homes with different providers. If I could secure a preferred broker for all my transactions, Donna would be my choice. I am confident she went above and beyond what was asked. She worked in our best interest through several proposals. Donna handled my details for the estate I could not due to travel distances. Confident my siblings consider her included as extended family.
