Donna just knew what to do from the minute she walked in. She noticed everything we had done to prepare and what we still needed to do. We met with several realtors before listing my mom's house. Up front it was a difficult decision as each brought their own skills, experience, views, and personality to the job. This was a first for us, but I suspect decisions like that are a combination of objective observations and conversation, and subjective feelings. We chose Donna and could not have been more pleased. Of course we wanted an experienced realator to work with, but equally important for us in the emotionally difficult sale of mom's home (she had recently passed) was someone with that human touch and understanding of our situation.
