First time selling a home and didn't know where to begin. Donna was super helpful with all our questions and guided us through the process. Full of knowledge and really cared about our well-being.
Donna made the entire process so easy and stress free. I highly recommend using her as your realtor.
Donna not only sold the parcel of property for us she also sold our home of forty plus years. She helped with every transition and every process to sell and make it as comfortable as possible while going through the many steps to be successful. We would recommend Donna to work with anyone who is serious about making such an important move.
Her knowledge is out standing about real estate and the housing market. She has always sent us to the right people to get the job done so our experence of buying or selling a home goes as easy as possible. A great person to work with.

Donna Cox helped us sell our home in two days. Because of her knowledge of the market and advice we had a quick sell. She is a real professional, working out details with our buyers helped everything go smoothly. She is pleasant to work with, prompt to reply, and she really knows the real estate market. Donna sold our friends their home more then 20 years ago, then sold it for them and got them their new home. She sold us our home in Titusville and then sold it for us, I have been in sales all of my life, but I would never sell real estate because she WORKS too dang hard!
Having Donna as my real estate agent was life-saving. Being a Canadian snowbird with medical issues and unable to be in Florida, my condo property was sold by phone, online and digitally. It would have been a horrendous effort without her. We experienced several unexpected issues, none created by me or her and she calmly handled each one in a very professional manner. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Her knowledge of the real estate business and laws in Florida was superb and she took the time to explain each issue to me. I would highly recommend her.
Donna was very professional in her dealings with me. She posted the property in the system immediately prior to pictures. This resulted in another agent wanting to review the property as she had clients ready to make an offer on another property which resulted in the quick sale of our property. Donna was always available within reason to answer any questions regarding the process. There was no haggling over price or the home inspection review costs. Donna was always available and followed up on any outstanding issues. A pleasure doing business with her.
Donna goes over and beyond other Realtors that we have worked with. She kept us informed about listing as they hit the market, and showed us properties that we were interested in. When we decided to look in another area, Donna kept in touch through the FlexMLS. After several weeks we return to the house Donna had originally shown us. Working with us on weekend and after hours we bought the house. Donna Cox is an excellent Realtor who is caring and professional. We will call her again in 3-5 years ready to sell!
