We worked with Donna for nearly a year in our process to buy a house in Boca. She was very patient in educating us about the area. We spent several days just looking at different parts of Boca even though she knew a purchase wasn’t imminent. Almost half a year later she helped us find (and negotiate the price of) a house, that we nearly bought. When that didn’t pan out, she remained enthusiastic in showing us alternatives until we ultimately found a place to purchase. She knew all of Boca, from East to West, quite well, and even arranged dinner or drinks at some of the country clubs we were interested in so we could get a sense of the lifestyle.
