I have had the pleasure of Donna Cardinale as my real estate agent for both purchase and sale of my home. Her knowledge in all aspects of real estate transactions exceeded that of others as I witnessed the interactions of other realtors with potential buyers. I learned a great deal from Donna when I purchased my home 10 years ago, I never doubted her support and caring for my interests. She was present at the home inspection and house closing, which I thought was the norm. When sold my home in June, I learned that all realtors are not as thorough, knowledgeable and present as Donna!

We found Donna knowledgable, constantly on top of all the transactions as they developed day to day. and totally dedicated to making our sale happen and to the best benefit for us. She clearly understood the mental anguish of both the buyer and seller and even helped the buyer complete some of her paper trail. Donna is the absolute best! We used her to purchase our home and then again to sell it when we decided to move out of state. I wish we could bring her to TN when we decide to purchase a new home!
