The first time she found a tenant willing to pay $2,400 over the previous tenant, then sold the same house (a little over a year later) for $500,000 over what was expected as the house had some deficits that be impossible to not see or remedy. Donna was adept in contending with additional issues by the fact that the buyer was doing this transaction remotely from Europe. Nothing seemingly rocked her. She is a force of nature armed with knowledge, experience, and a GREAT sense of humour.
