Donna is patient, honest and went above and beyond expectations in both selling my home and purchasing a new one. She created a beautiful brochure filled with professional photos of my house and in a 3 day span had 7 showings and 3 offers. On both the buying and selling side she negotiated well, ensured requests were fair and stood up for me when opposing sides had unreasonable demands. Donna sincerely cares for her clients and I would never want to work with anyone else.

Donna knows a great deal about the housing market; she is extremely helpful with her advice, and supportive with providing connections (cleaners, stagers, repair persons, etc.) to get your home ship-shape for showing. She is also a pleasure to work with.

Donna was attentive, knowledgeable, hard working and detail oriented. We were hoping to find a reputable agent, but after a few stumbles, and an agent that started every sentence with ‘I’ and listed their ‘accomplishments’ that, BTW, had nothing to do with selling real estate, we’re we were lucky to find Donna. If Donna said something, she did it without fail! She answered our questions (we had a bunch) and allayed all our fears and concerns. She surpassed all our expectations...and then some!

Donna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was consultative on the upgrades we made to the house to get it on the market, making sure we didn't overspend in prepping the house. She was clear in her pricing suggestions, often updating us on the market trends and justifying her recommendations. She truly served as a trusted advisor-- we knew that we could count on Donna to make decisions that would lead to the best outcome.
