I came into my deal without an agent I think it’s important to note that for the following reasons. Since I was using a VA loan there were numerous requirements to make the property suitable to pass the VA appraisal and inspection. Donna went above and beyond to see the deal through. Again, as aforementioned I did not have an agent which meant she was on double duty without compensation to address not only my concerns but ultimately the sellers. I do not believe if she did not take an active interest or diligence I would not have been able to complete the process without her.
