Firstly, Donna is very down-to-earth and easy-going. Being a military family, we move every few years. Donna was very accommodating to our needs. Didn't matter what time you texted or emailed her, she'll reply promptly. She sent recommendations more than once a day. And if I found something on my own, she would make the accommodations as soon as possible. She was also the only agent to walk through with me and take pictures for the move-in checklist. She even checked in with us a few weeks later to see how we were doing; which is much appreciated.
