She was able to find a very sweet family that was interested in buying the house. She was both the realtor in the sale and for the buyer and did an excellent job. When I met Donna Antone in 2015 I was closing my mother in law's home. This was something I had absolutly no expeirence with and was delighted at our first meeting. She was informative, forthright and altogether delightful. Her manner was easy going and friendly with a wonderful sense of humor. She and her husband Jim helped me clear out the house totally with an estate sale and then she sold the house within a matter of days! Fast forward to 2022. After my husband passed away I decided to relocate and needed to sell my house. Naturally I thought of Donna and the fabulous job she had done for me in the past. Luckily I had kept her business card so I reached out once more and was thrilled to find her ready and willing to work with me again. Once more she and Jim came to the house, told me what i needed to do and then they helped me clear out the things I found unnecessary to move to my new location. Really, they took so much off my shoulders and so much off my mind. I couldn't ask for a better person to ease my burden. The house went on the market and through all the waiting for the right buyer Donna was there to talk me through the anxiety and worry of being "patient"! No easy task I assure you! In the end, the house sold and I had once again had a great expeirence and found a friend in the process. I certainly would not hesitate to call on her services again. Donna is the best agent in town & so much more!! She helped us sell our home and buy a new one. Let me tell you, it was not easy. In this market we saw it all! Donna was with us every step of the way. Being first time sellers we were definitely in for a ride of unexpected twists and turns, but Donna stayed level headed and patient with us as we navigated through it all. After she listed our home we accepted an offer at asking price within 48 hours! She guided us through the inspection and repair process with ease and at times I had to ask myself, is this woman my therapist? I was pregnant at the time and ultra worried about everything, but she never failed to reassure my husband and I that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. We had an older house so the repair list was long! Never the less we got the house sold in record time considering, and Donna sealed the deal. During the entire selling process she was also showing us properties & making herself available to our schedule for showings. She was super meticulous and considerate when choosing houses. I could tell each one she had taken our “must haves” list seriously. Like I said, I was pregnant and I was looking for that house with a magical rainbow coming out of the back yard.. Donna never made me feel like we deserved any less! We almost made it to the end with one house, but it fell through after an inspection exposed too much damage. We were all very invested in this house, but it just didn’t work out. We started over from square one and Donna was right back in the game. We found our dream home shortly afterwards and in 21 days we closed. We are 2 months into our new house and I cannot stress enough how satisfied and comfortable we are in our new home. Donna’s intuition, honesty, market knowledge, kindness, and professionalism got us here and I will never forget how she put our best interest first! If you want an agent in your corner from start to finish, you won’t go wrong with Donna :)
Donna suggested a number of easy enhancements to make our property more desirable to a prospective buyer, conducted market research for the correct price and did a wonderful job of profiling our property to the public that resulted in a sale beyond our expectations.
