Very responsive to our texts and email. I am in California and Donita always responded when I texted in the late afternoon and I would forget about the time difference. We went looking for land to buy and she was our last stop and we had always been in contact with her about this one property and as soon as we saw it we knew. Donita stuck with us through all of the chaos as far selling our house. There were multiple issue with the sell of our house as far as the bank side but she helped out in every way that she could. All in all she found a very lovely house for us and made sure that ours sold for as close to asking price as possible
