Donika helped me buy my first home and recently helped me sell two homes. She set the listings on a path to sell fast and for maximum price due to her detailed analysis of the value and current status of the market, and her pricing strategy, so the homes got under contract in a matter of days. Before the properties were even put on the market, Donika often visited and gave her valuable advice on what features and modifications I should focus on, so that I could get a good return on my investment. Once we were under contract, thanks to her excellent advice and negotiation skills, I managed to save a good amount of money and the whole process went very smoothly. She made sure we had a qualified buyer before we signed the contract; she was very responsive whenever any party involved needed something and followed up frequently with all parties involved – the buyer’s agent, buyer’s lender, and the closing attorney to make sure we were on track. She also gave the appraiser a detailed list of comps and upgrades/improvements in the house that justified our listing price, so we did not have any issues with the appraisal. We absolutely loved working with Donika! We were searching for our first house in March 2021 in Alpharetta/Roswell area and got referred to Donika by my cousin who she had helped out in the past. From the very beginning, Donika was so responsive, so friendly, so professional and so knowledgeable on the market and the process. Donika was always available to us whenever we wanted to go look for a house and always super responsive via email, text and phone. Every time we would walk through a house, she would point out things that I would have never even noticed so her expertise was incredibly helpful. She is very genuine and would give us her honest opinion on the house. She is very trusting and would never let us buy a house that wasnt at a fair price. Early 2021 was a crazy time to be buying a house as everybody was overbidding on houses and waving all sorts of contingencies on their offers. When we finally put in an offer on a house, Donika was so patient on explaining to us the process but also very strategic on her recommendations on how we should approach the offer and negotiate. We ended up getting the house and are so grateful for Donika! We would highly recommend Donika!
