Donette was an amazing agent. She was recommended because we wanted an agent with first hand knowledge of the area. And she was very familiar. But that was only a small part of the service she provided us. She waited on us to be ready to market the house. She advised on what repairs needed to be made. She helped us clean out and donate a lot of the contents. (This is our family homestead so it was emotional at times.) And when we had multiple offers on the table she helped us navigate and choose what was right for us. She kept communication lines open and let us know exactly what to expect and when. If you want an agent who cares about you and your property, you won’t go wrong with her in the drivers’ seat. We were more than satisfied with her service.
