Donee Chabot

Donée Chabot couldn't have been more helpful in selling our home in Simi Valley. After 48 years, we were selling our parents' home. There were three circumstances causing major complications in getting the deal done; but Donée went above and beyond the call of duty to make things work: 1) we live out of state and needed someone who could help us handle the transaction remotely, 2) after 48 years there were significant maintenance and repair issues that needed to be addressed, and 3) there were some title issues because our parents had transferred title of the home to a family trust. Donée helped us find and deal with contractors. She also represented us very well throughout the transaction when we couldn't be there in person. I can't imagine how things would have gone without here competent and professional service.
