Glenn and I met Donatella asking to see a home "on the spur of the moment" one day. She was close by and showed us this home. From that point we set out 2 days later to look at a number of homes in the Evans, GA area. Glenn and I had seen online an area, 3 homes in particular that we wanted to see. Donatella wanted me to see a few others first to get a feel and I appreciated that. When she did take me to a house that my husband was interested in, I knew this was it from the moment I walked in! By the end of the day over a phone call with Glenn, we put an offer on the house. Donatella worked very hard and respected the wishes we had set for what we wanted. She kept in touch with us during every step of the process, including telling us GA laws that we did not know and had to work with. Donatella was very professional, we felt she was aggressive in pursuing our requests and her knowledge of working with mortgage companies and real estate was quite strong. From the moment we met Donatella to the closing day, and I feel, at any point going forward, we have a friend and excellent realtor.
