We were randomly paired with Donata, so we didn't know her before we listed our home. After our first meeting with her, we were convinced she was the right person to represent us. She was kind, assertive, knowledgeable and responsive. We felt like we were her top priority throughout the process. When it was time to list, she knew exactly what we needed to do to stage our house, and she wasn't afraid to move our furniture around (and back again!) to make sure the look of our home fell exactly within her vision. She was well-networked with her community of realtors, too, and that led to a lot of interest early on, and several amazing offers that came in within a day or two. I would absolutely recommend Donata to ANYONE looking to sell their home.
