Amazing Agents and People

Donalyn and Hank have been a blessing to my family. We found them based on referral and they have been nothing short of amazing and exceeded all of our expectations! We were not familiar with the area coming from out of state and needed any and all information we could get. They were with us every step of the way to support us, encourage us and provide the knowledge we needed to help in our decision making. She is so quick to respond and always willing to help no matter the time. Both of them are willing to drop what they are doing to help a client at any time. From late night text messages or calls, to last minute showings, she always made us feel like her top priority. When we made trips into town to visit and explore, it was often on very short notice and they always cleared lots of time in their busy schedules to accommodate us. They dedicated hours, days and weeks to explore anything and everything we asked for and more. Hank provides so much knowledge and insight on the geography, structure and building of the home and so much more that his knowledge and insight balances with Donalyn like I’ve never seen before. They each provide unique perspectives that mesh together so well and made us feel much more confident in our decision making every step of the way. We had very strict criteria to meet and they were the most patient people I’ve ever met and so supportive of all of our thoughts and opinions. They respected our perspectives and did not try to force their personal thoughts onto us. The amount of time they spent with us was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Our little kids were along with us often and they were incredibly gracious with them too. Now they feel more like friends and family than “agents” and the relationship we have built will continue even though our home search is over. They are genuinely great people and made us feel valued. I hope anybody looking to buy or sell a home uses Donalyn and Hank!
