Donalyn was always quick to answer any messages, questions and or concerns we had regardless of the time and day. If she didn't know the answer to something she would quickly get one. She was very patient with us during our specific search. She never pushed anything on us nor made us feel that we were wasting her time, she was always friendly and professional.
