Donalyn has been a key factor in making our relocation to Idaho as smooth as possible. She was very attentive to our needs and was always volunteering to do anything she could to make things easy for us. In fact, she still is, even after the sale is complete. I felt her insights into the local market were very helpful, and when it came time to make an offer, she provided lots of good guidance on strategy. After going under contract, an issue came up in the home inspection which could have derailed the deal, but she took the lead on working with the seller to get the issues resolved and get the deal done with as little stress for us as possible. Additionally, her husband Hank provided great insights, as well, specifically with regards to the inspection issues. The two of them make a great team.
