Don was very patient and made us feel comfortable with our new home purchase. Sometimes other realtors will be pushy to get something sold. Don promised us from the beginning that he had our best interest in mind and he wouldn't sell us something that he wouldn't buy himself. He is very knowledgable with the ins and outs of real estate and clearly knows the Buffalo area like the back of his hand.
