To be honest, we had an agent in mind and were leaning towards this other agent. My wife tried to find his phone number and mistakenly signed my email up on realtor.com. Don and a couple other agents called, and I decided what the heck we might just as well talk to them. We met Donald that evening and if we weren't already committed to talking to others, I would have gone with him immediately. We did meet with other agents and my wife and I agreed that we liked what Donald had said, offered, advised, and his personality just clicked. I suspect that he has no problem communicating with anyone, a very charismatic man. So, we set it up with him to sell our home. In three days, we got a great offer, in four days we got an even better offer and we were in contract with a buyer. There were plenty of questions, Donald had all the answers. He was updating us regularly and we never had to call him for anything. I knew he was on top of everything and easily kept us informed. When there was a pause in the process, he even called to assure us that everything was progressing normally. Well now that it is over, looking back at the entire experience I can only imagine what it would have been like with someone other than Donald. I have heard stories about being neglected, a lot of time passing between the time of signing the agreement and getting the entire process started. That was not the case here, we said go, he took pictures that day, he processed them and produced the web presentation that night and had it up and running immediately. Like I said only a few showings and multiple offers. Donald is the realtor I would not hesitate to use. He is the very best person to sell your home.
