When we first hired Dan, I was a little hesitant and skeptical since we've dealt with a lot of agents before, and they just never wear up to par for my standards. A lot of them talk to talk, but Don walks the walk. we got outbid twice, especially in our area. It's very competitive at the time we were trying to buy a house.
