This was my first time going through the home buying process and I am just glad I had Don to guide me though the entire process. He was very patient with us and made sure we understood the in and outs of every process. Zillow actually assigned us with a different realtor at first, but he was a young guy and wasn't able to answer some of the questions we had for the first house we were looking at. My wife and I tried a different realtor and that's where we met Don. He worked with us for about 6 months trying to find the right home for us. The market was very competitive when we were looking for a home and we looked at several homes - Don made sure to understand what we wanted and actually helped us determine what were some of the things we wanted in a home. He knew every area in San Antonio and was able to answer every question we had and even made us ask questions we hadn't thought of. Don was always honest with us and definitely gained our trust through his honesty. We highly recommend him and if I ever go through this process again I know I will be looking for Don.

He is very consious of your finances and is extremely good at talking you through every detail so that you not only understand the process, but you are comfortable when you make your decision.
