Upon meeting Don, it was very clear he had taken the time to research not only on my property but the whole area. His inital prsentation on why I should use his service was extremly convincing, as he had a whole binder of information in regards to my property, comps and the area in itself. He also explained how he wanted to go to market on my property and assured me the price I settled on was the correct one. His answers to our questions were accurate and we could trust in the information he provided. If we needed anything he drove out to the house and took care of it as quickly as possible (extra lock box, more flyers, etc.). He called us just to check in and see how we were doing.
