Don knows the market, value of houses, what they will sell for, and how to negotiate with the other agent of the buyer/seller. My house needed many repairs that were completely unknown to me. He arranged for the roof replacement, septic tank replacement, AC repair, electrical wiring upgrade and more. He met with the contractors at the house, saving me a great deal of personal wear and tear. He is professional while being personable. Thank you Don!!!
