I contacted Don by email that I was interested in a home in Hurricane, UT. He responded quickly. We made an appointment to go see the home at my convenience, the following day. He met and guided us through the home to see if it was what we wanted. It was. We went to his office and wrote up an offer. Within a couple of hours, he had a response. We were busy until evening. He told us the time of day was unimportant, to contact him at any time. We had visited with a neighbor and had a couple of concerns. He listened. I contacted the neighbor to get some other answers. When that conversation was completed, we were in agreement with the price of the home. We accepted the counter offer and proceeded. This was a cash deal and so it went very smoothly. Don checked with us midway to make sure we were still okay with the purchase. He met us at the title company to sign the paperwork. This was the smoothest move we've made.
