Don was very accessible. He was very good at communicating with us (as the sellers) and spent a lot of time showing our parents' house. I would hire him again if I needed to sell a house. I felt he knew the market well. I had complete confidence in him.

Don Ferguson helped me search all over South-East Michigan for the right home. Don helped me look at a lot of houses (maybe ~30) over the course of 3 months in 2016, after which I suddenly moved out of state for a few years. He was very understanding of the sudden move, saying "hey, life happens, and I do this for fun". I came back to Michigan in 2018, called him up, and put an offer on the first home we looked at. I was pretty wary of some potential issues that the house had, so Don extended the inspection period and walked through the home with me whenever I wanted a closer look at something. Out of all the times I called Don, he either picked up right away or called back within 15 minutes. Don has a lot of experience from his own contracting work, so he was able to answer all of my questions about appropriate tools and products to use for potential renovation projects as we toured houses. Don also gave a lot of contract service cost estimates, though I have not been able to verify their accuracy yet since I've been working on the house myself so far. Overall, working with Don was a great experience. He's not pushy, and he's very helpful. Don told me not to buy houses when he noticed foundational issues. His close ties with a lending company also made the buying experience exceptionally easy compared to stories I hear from co-workers and friends who recently purchased houses.

Don was amazing with our family of 6. Don was awesome when negotiating was quick on his toes when we had questions. Always walked through the home with us gave us great advice. Thanks again for finding our home! He is the best!!
