One word! Fantastic! This professional is quick and knowledgeable. No problem was to big for him. My purchase was challenging in just about every aspect. Never once did Donald show frustration. He dug in and got the job done. One of the benefits to having him help was that it seemed like he knew everyone that was needed for quick service.
