Don was/is a fantastic agent. Never at any point did he push to buy a property. He was very patient with us, even as we had him driving all over Brevard County here in FL. He listened and heard every need and want we were looking for in a house and helped us find it. Additionally, he was ALWAYS available either by phone, text and/or email. To be honest I’m not sure when this guy is not working for his clients! He is more than just a very knowledgeable agent who is great at his job, he is also a great human being. I was stationed overseas and had orders to come back to Florida. I was given his information from someone in my shop and messaged him about 3-4 months before I got to Florida. He helped tremendously, sent me a bunch of information and properties. We kept in contact over text and he was quick with his replies even with the crazy time difference. When I finally got to Florida, we met up and inspected a couple different available properties, I picked the one I liked the most, and he took care of everything else. 2 days later I had keys. Don is a very informative, helpful, kind, and wonderful realtor I would recommend to anyone, especially military families through the painful PCS process. You won't find a realtor in the Brevard county area that works harder! We are a military family that hasnt been able to look at the homes we've searched out physically, and he's went above and beyond to make our buying process as smooth and pain-free as possible so we have a home when we PCS!
