If you don't have a relator Don is your guy! My fiancé , family and I couldn't have been anymore lucky with Don as our relator! He truly was a blessing! We were looking all over from Tracy, Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton. We just didn't know what was best for us. He continued to stay patient with us and always answered our questions. Whenever I would ask to look at houses he always made time for us! We finally found a house and knew it was the one! We ended up in a bidding war and Don was supper efficient and continued to keep us in the loop! Unfortunately the sellers agent wasn't very experienced but Don being the awesome guy he is was thorough throughout the whole process! When we finally got our keys Don met us at our house and had a cute bow on our front door ! We took our picture in front so sweet! Don was awesome to work with and very helpful. There were times I wanted to see a house last minute and he made it happen. He answered questions we had and that was also very helpful because my boyfriend and I were going to be first time buyers.
