Don was amazing! We live 2 states away and he went out of his consistently to make things as easy as possible for us. We had a specific budget and a set idea of what we type of property we wanted. He didn’t just send us the addresses and let us go. He brought us to the lots, even going up class 6 roads. He walked the land with us and pointed out the positives of each property. When it came to the contracts he kept us up to date every step of the way. Again at the closing he was there for us. I can’t express in words how grateful we are to have had such a kind and professional realtor!
Don was there for every text, phone call & email anytime of day. He spent days with us checking out homes in Laconia, NH Thornton NH, & Salem NH. to name a few. We started our process the end of August & he found us the perfect place in Sandown NH. the middle of October. He dealt with the realitors, The association of the complex that we are moving into & the brokers to help make things eadier during the packing process. He is very knowledgeable with New Hampshire properties & what was in the area. areas & can answer any question you have. Overall, just a just a nice guy, very friendly & personable!
