During the process Don's photographer identified an error on the county website to our home's square footage. Don thoroughly explained the situation, reviewed and verified the numbers with the photographer, and provided documentation of the accurate square footage. Don's due diligence allowed us to list our home with the accurate square footage, which was over 200 feet larger. Don is highly experienced and has an excellent listing strategy, which gave us full confidence in his plan. Within 3 days, we had 28 showings and 8 offers.
