Don is professional, knowledgable, friendly and thorough. I only wish we found him sooner. Don answered every phone call and email in a timely manner. His knowledge on home sales as well as home maintanence was extremely helpful. It was our first time buying and he never acted like any question was a stupid question. He thought of things we didn't think of. He helped explain the process and was w/ us every step of the way.
