It is deeply personal selling a home after living there for 20 years. Don has been in the business long enough to know how to make what could so easily be a long process to a short and timely one with his knowledge, and all his many resources and affiliations, but most importantly he has the respect and compassion for all involved from the sellers, and the buyers, to the agents. He’s proactive in seeing the features from the issues and has an incredible eye for detail for setting up the successful and efficient turn around time of a home sale. He has an abundance of well vetted contacts and a good relationship with all of them. His knowledge about construction expedites every step that needs to happen while preparing a home for market then resolving any last minute requests in the process of a sale. I highly recommend Don Sembera for either the buying or the selling of a home.
