DON JOHNSON

Don is amazing! I always tell people that I would not have made it through this process without Don! He is calming and makes home buying seem less stressful. We looked for a house for five months with another agent. They tried to push me into house after house and then we switched to Don. I knew he was wonderful when he told me "You're not smiling, so let's move on." after viewing the first house together. This let me know that he cared about me and my happiness! <br/><br/>Also, Don went above and beyond when it came to purchasing our home. It was a HUD foreclosure and the process took longer than expected. Don stayed in constant communication with all parties involved to expedite the situation! Unlike some agents he was seemed to be actually concerned about my well-being over anything else. I am currently selling my townhouse through Don as well and the process is just as easy with him by my side as it was to buy! Don began showing me properties in the Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantis Beach areas during the latter part of 2012. Don was always willing and available to show properties that interested me. Don helped me find and purchase a great house in Jacksonville Beach.
