Jody Sullins had a difficult time dealing with the buyer who was also the agent. The buying agent was unprofessional and didn't even attend the closing which had been delayed (3) times. However, through it all, Jody was a trooper and kept her cool. Can't say the same for me. Three cheers for a job well done.
